It would be great if you had the ability to change themes as you could in the desktop version. It would be an added bonus if even the themes synced between the mobile version and the browser for a more cohesive look.

@k9ketan On mobile browsers there's almost no UI to speak of, but can't hurt.
Firefox has rudimentary themeing where you can apply an image / texture as a background on the main toolbar. It would be nice if vivaldi could plug into this, then they could have access to that whole library from the get go. If not, simple choosing of icon bg/fg colours would suffice.
