Modify the URL Shortcut Icon Created by Drag and Drop a URL to Desktop

Dear Vivaldi developement team,

I have a trouble about the shortcut icon(.url) made by Drag & Drop URL column icon on Vivaldi for Windows.
I read several shortcut icons with binary editor , I found two problems in the format of shortcut icon made by Vivaldi.

Using <LF> instead of <CR+LF> as linefeed code in spite of WindowsOS.
Not given <CR+LF> nor <LF> at the end of the icon file.

Please modify format to use <CR+LF> code and to give <CR+LF> code at the end of the icon file.
I think that it is best idea for spec of WinOS and for taking on different browsers based on purpose.
