Sort themes in settings

Allow to sort themes in settings - even a simple drag 'n drop would be useful

I agree with this - I would like to be able to sort my themes by presets, custom darks, custom lights, downloaded darks, downloaded lights, etc. I personally don't have many themes but I know that many users do, and so being able to sort them as such would be fantastic.
Also, another idea is a list view option of users' themes (a list similar to the Ctrl-Tab "Display Tab Cycler as List") that possibly previews when hovering, similar to how hovering over tabs can display a thumbnail preview. Another sub-idea of the list; folders, so I can have groups of Vivaldi Themes separated as described before, just as how there are folders in Bookmarks, Notes and such.
Small stuff, but it's all appreciated, Team V. Keep chuggin' along, we are very grateful and hope you continue to improve the already feature-rich browser you have made!
Edit: Wow, I didn't realize this was a four year old feature request. I'm glad somebody already had the idea though, this is just bringing it up again.

Will this request get achieved before it's implemented?
It's very old, and now with my upvote it have 2 digit upvotes, so let's hope it survive long enough so that we can reorder theme via drag & drop.
-
@dude99 I got this implemented as a mod, itβs not drag and drop but moving themes nonetheless. Additionally it sorts and changes viewing area and toggles system themes β https://forum.vivaldi.net/post/531981/

@luetage I think I did install this js mod long time ago, but then doesn't bother to reinstall after an update cuz I figure I don't need it anymore. Then yesterday, I decided to create a new theme from older theme & then I realized I can't reorder 'em "like it used to"... LOL
Now, it would be nice if you can submit you code to v team & demand a paid for it. Then they will surely implant this JS mod asap, cuz they already paid for it.

If you mean archived, then I think the answer is no. They are only archiving requests with fewer than five votes.

@dude99 Iβm afraid is unusable for Vivaldi, because itβs not native. But it would be easy enough for them to write their own improved version.

"Easy enough" for you, but they drag their feet on this request for over 4 years already... They should just outsource this to you for the price of a few cup of coffees & will probably save a lot of $$$ & time in the long run. LOL
