Have you added the entry at Window.html?

@Zalex108 The error occurs with my standard Vivaldi, but with my profile 3 the favicon is displayed correctly.

@Zalex108 I have found the error: I deactivated e-mail, feeds and calendar in my standard profile and the favicon is displayed again.

@Zalex108I went to the trouble of completely uninstalling Vivaldi and reinstalling it. Now the favicon works again.

To reinstall all my quick commands, @Tam710562's modification "Import Export Command Chains" helped me a lot.
