Cannot use WEB serial port debugging tool in browser,but edge can

When using edge to open the above URL, serial port debugging can be performed through the browser, but vivaldi cannot do this.

When I use esphome to flash the firmware of esp32 device online, it also cannot be completed, but edge can also be completed.
