Add shortcut to home screen

Try to add url as shortcut on home screen but no option in Vivaldi menu. I am sure it used to be there

This is from Huawei Mate Pad 10.4
Install App creates a shorcut on the launcher

The website https://www.nittec.org does give the same "install app" which when you select it does eventually "add to home automatically" which is ok.

So they just changed the option text.

Maybe dependent on the url , other url's are fine
just switched to app with this, maybe the .org
for some reason -
Those websites which can generate PWA (independent tab without any browser interface) as twitter.com only shows "install app". Those websites which add shortcut on the home screen that when clicked only opens a tab in the browser shows "add to home screen".

I presume this is similar for Facebook. Interestingly, I had a used the "Add to Home screen" option to save an icon for Facebook; however, that icon stopped working today, about 2-3 weeks later. The original icon I created couldn't be interacted with at all, so I deleted it from the home screen and attempted to create another one. Now, I'm only getting a prompt to install the Facebook app itself.
Did Vivaldi or Facebook change something? (I'm guessing it was Facebook, since they want everyone to use their app, I presume.)
Anyone have any suggestions or alternatives?

Hi, there was a bug with PWA's in 6.7, this is fixed internally.
I am not sure if this fix solve the Facebook issue, for me it simply not start.
It should be published in one of the next updates.Cheers, mib

Same problem with lots of other shortcuts since yesterday. nu.nl nos.nl tweakers.net and a few I use to locally domoticz pages.
