Unsolved Web page scrolling problem

Opening this link https://www.mediaworld.it/it/product/_hp-stampante-deskjet-3762-inkjet-989593.html?utm_source=new owned&utm_medium=ema-other email&utm_term=webshare&utm_campaign=webshare I saw that I couldn't scroll the page, neither using the touchpad of my notebook, nor with the scroll bar on the side because it doesn't appear at all. Then I checked that it also happens on other pages of the same site. So I tried with other browsers and the result was that even with Brave and Edge there is the same problem, while with Chrome and Opera you can scroll the page smoothly with the touchpad of the notebook and the scroll bar on the side also appears.

@Robysco Something is blocking the cookie confirmation on the page. Once you get past that, the site is scrollable. This is valid for all websites that employ a cookie acceptance and you simply need to tweak your blockers to allow all of that stuff else risk pages breaking.
