Question regarding tab sync
-
Hello, if this is not the right place to post this please forgive if it's not.
I have a question regarding tab sync. I have Vivaldi on Android device, and multiple Windows machines. I have about 90 open tabs in my Android, but when I check on Windows machines, only 5-9 tabs are shown (on the cloud icon at the top right of the window). If I go and refresh more tabs on my Android, then these tabs also appear newly on Windows machines.
Is this intended behaviour, or a bug? Shouln't all tabs be synced regardless when was the last time you checked/refreshed them?Thank you

@gediminas The sync between Vivaldi Desktop and Android seems to be broken in some way.
As i use Vivaldi on Android not much, i had not really regarded that as a issue to report to Vivaldi bug tracker.
Feel free to report your issue to Vivaldi tracker.

Hi, you can try to trigger the sync on Android and a desktop device.
Open vivaldi://sync-internals and hit:Trigger GetUpdates
I cant test this with 90 tabs but all my actual tabs are shown then.
I have this sync-internals tab open all time on Android.Cheers, mib

I also had the problem that not all my Android tabs appear on the Windows desktop version under the cloud icon. Only those that have been "actively open" on Android are to be found...
