I couldn't find the option for https connection. even opera has this option! tell me vivaldi has it too!!!

This setting is now available in Vivaldi 5.4 from Settings > Address Bar > Security Features > Always use Secure Connection (HTTPS).

@baris-sehri I'm using this, albeit i dunno if it works as effectively as the Firefox preference setting... chrome://flags/#https-only-mode-setting

There's also a toggle in settings, just not the Vivaldi settings UI. Just go tochrome://settings/security
and enableAlways use secure connections

Sorry to revive an old thread, but this might be useful for you guys and any future readers. I'm using the HTTPS Everywhere extension and it works great. You can just install it and let it do its thing, no complicated setup whatsoever. -
Most if not all websites in the near future will be https as standard so this setting will be defunct at some point.

Yes, Vivaldi needs to unhide this feature. HTTPS everywhere is being retired, and it would be reassuring to others to know this feature is present.
HTTPS Everywhere is informing users what browser support this function, note Vivaldi is not being shown..... probably because finding and enabling this feature takes a bit of sleuthing on the user forums.
