Solved Streaming videos are bad

Is it my problem? I love this browser and have stopped using chrome. But recently i have been having issues with streaming videos from you tube or any sites that has videos, the experience is bad compared to other browsers, there is lag and stuttering. I am trying to figure out if this is local and some setting that i have not engaged. The thing is that using Chrome on the exact same page, i get a almost perfect streaming. Anyone got any ideas?

I personally think Vivaldi is pretty cool but just too much functionalities.
If we could maybe streamline some of the customization, it maybe better.

Please check Troubleshooting issues.
If you have lags, try each of these:
- Update to latest chipset/gpu/graphics driver from manufacturer
- Check if a Security Tool scans video streams
- Switch off Use of Animation
See Settings → Appearance → Window Appearance → Use Animation - Open internal setting page chrome://flags/#ignore-gpu-blocklist , set to Enabled and Restart
