Bookmark folder icons.

I'd like the ability to add your own icons for each bookmark folder. This would make the "Icon Only" option for the bookmarks bar actually useful as otherwise it's impossible to distinguish between bookmark folders. This greatly helps with space saving. A secondary suggestion regarding the bookmarks bar is I think the "Bookmark Icon Only" option shouldn't show a bookmark folder icon next to the text—or there should be a fifth option for that so the icons for the websites should show up without text but only text appears for the folders.
