Show 'x' permanently on tabs

@Vivaldi3461409154 You could vote up this request if you would like that feature: https://forum.vivaldi.net/topic/34324/don-t-hide-close-tab-button
If enough people vote for it the devs may implement it

@LonM Now I have worked exactly according to Modding Vivaldi Vivaldi 2.6 instructions, but still no success.
-
@stardepp In that case I'm not sure exactly why it wouldn't be working.
-
Can you just have multiple different .css files in a folder and they will be picked up by Vivaldi?
I thought they had either be in custom.css, or each needed to be linked in browser.html if they're going to be separated files?
-
It allows me a small question in between, why do you want to see the x, when you are not with the pointer above the tab?
-
@stardepp Please copy-paste the path from settings here to the forum. We cannot know which folder exactly do you use and I think I found the problem but I'm not sure.
-
@7twenty Look at first post in the Modding Vivaldi topic in /category/52, more concretely 2.6 and later.

@stardepp โฆso that seems to be OK. You have really strange
computersystem or Vivaldi installation as it should work. -
@potmeklecbohdan How am I supposed to understand that? I installed Vivaldi normally. The Link folder I sent is my local Vivaldi backup.

You aren't.
I installed Vivaldi normally.
That doesn't mean nothing went wrong.
Just a last try: have you restarted Vivaldi since then?

Yes, but I restarted Vivaldi after that.
