Installed.

@solidsnake: of course, same here
-
Ctrl-L/F8 confirmed working in fullscreen
-
[Fullscreen] Panels are not hidden in fullscreen mode VB-37039
What do you mean "known issue"? That's a feature! Many people have been asking for toolbars to be visible while also being in fullscreen mode.
(edit) Having installed and tested, I'm liking these fullscreen changes.
-
Congrats! Do you know what the persistent maximize window bug does to obsessive compulsives? Three years of innovation, yet ironically, I remember that this is the very same issue that prevented me from adopting Vivaldi in the beginning. Still...I appreciate all you do.
-
@lonm: The feature is that you can access them, the bug is that you can't hide them or that they show by default
-
[Regression] Home page loss in 1.14 stable: added migration for the homepage preference VB-35435
My Homepage setting got changed to Specific page:https://vivaldi.com but I had it set to Starpage, as I use the speed dial.
-
@gigzama: Don't worry we are still looking at this but fixing it is trickier than you might assume from the outside.
Also, thanks for the support!
-
@lonm: They are not supposed to be visible when entering fullscreen mode. It has to be fullscreen when activating it. Thereafter you can do whatever you want
-
1UP for this SS! Nice features
-
Shortcut to show/hide Address Bar in fullscreen still works, but its effects are not seen until you exist fullscreen. Same with other shortcuts for Bookmarks Bar and Status Bar.
Panels shortcuts do work in fullscreen mode, which is nice.
-
@lonm: Make it at least optional, then.
-
[Regression] Blank page on open in new tab on some sites VB-36982
I think I've encountered this in previous SS versions, some bookmarks pointing to https://mega.nz links, opened to chrome-extension://(blabla)mega/secure.html#(etc) but I had to refresh with F5 to make it actually appear, now seems to work again.
-
Installed, but the schedued theme change still does NOT work! Why is it not fixed?
-
What are these?
- [Notes] Add Markdown code highlighting and style improvements VB-21043
- [Notes] Support display of Todo in notes Markdown: without saved state VB-36974
-
Interactive elements on new tabs opened with links still misbehave. Mouse cursor aims too high and interactive elements (links, buttons, etc.) are dysfunctional. E.g. VB-37001. This is a major bug and apparently present in one form or another on all operating systems.

Major Bug:
After the update my Vivaldi stayed grey with the vivaldi logo in the middle and that's it.
A clean profile solved this - so I went for the bug hunt and stumbled upon the "Contrast adjustment" as culprit.
Selecting "Medium" or "High" (depending on the theme used) instantly makes Vivaldi unusable as it only shows the grey background with the Vivaldi logo in the middle.
I had it set to medium with the dark theme before the update. Please note: Before you test this make a backup of your default folder - as I can't see any way to change it back after this is applied.
Viv 1.15.1089.3 (32 bit) Win 7 (64 bit)
On a related note: does anybody know where in the default folder the contrast adjustment is stored? I'd like to have all my other settings back if possible
Oh and never the less thanks a thousand times for making panels available in full screen mode. woohoooo ^^

@matsuda0707 I just tested it. The theme changed at 2:00 pm as I had set it.
Specs: AMD A10-6800K, 8 Gb on Win 10 64-bit • Snapshot 1.15.1089.3 (64-bit)

Another thing i noticed just now. The devtools are bugged. They show a chrome window with the possibility to make a new tab which shows the google homepage, at the top right there is a user-login for chrome and there seems to be no way to dock devtools.
edit: hmm, on third try after 2 restarts devtools opened correctly, I have no idea what that was.
