6/ cannot customize the Status Bar (del/move controls, extension buttons...) like Firefox Bottom Bar
7/ does not have Upload Screenshot (prnt.sc, postimages...) option and "Take a Screenshot" option from the context menu like Firefox.
8/ toolbar use too much space

Eight reasons why decepticon is a bad user.

Does not understand that Vivaldi is only on version 1.4 after 3 years, while Firefox is on version 58 after 15 years.
Does not understand that RSS will come in due course
Does not yet know about Sync experimental feature in Snapshots, and afraid to ask
Does not know how and where to use right-click
Does not know how to edit bookmarks in the Bookmarks Panel or Bookmarks Tab

There are screenshot controls in the status bar, and I'd rather not have integrations to random 3rd parties without my consent. You could add your screenshot sharing site as a web panel.

@pesala What do we gain by discarding concerns of new users in such a harsh manner? That they didn't raise these concerns in a polite way is regrettable, but you aren't forced to answer fire with fire. After all Vivaldi needs new users badly, and that many of them have issues getting acquainted with the intricacies of the browser and react with frustration and disappointment is a bad sign. This user took the detour and made a post, others just uninstall and never look back. Try to reason and help them or make fun of them -- our choice.

Besides, their issue in point 7 is automatically uploading screenshots and accessing the screenshot feature from the context menu, not taking screenshots.

@Decepticon Vivaldi has more customization options concerning the UI than Firefox will ever have -- but you gotta take it into your own hands and do something about it:

It is much more important for Decepticon to learn how to report issues and ask for help skilfully.

8 reasons why Firefox is a bad browser

Since version 57 you can't set a homepage everytime you can open a new tab (even with extensions).
Since version 57 many extensions don't work
The UI is too much simple and minimalistic. Don't have a own style.
Too many options hidden in the "about:config" page. It would be better update the way to show the options.
Don't have Webpanels like Vivaldi
The "new" screenshot feature only works when you are not in Private Browsing. In Vivaldi you can take a screenshot when you want.
Firefox use more memory than other browsers
The design of scrollbars is very ancient. They don't have support for ::-webkit-scrollbar for example and show the scrollbars always in a old style.

Actually both Firefox & Vivaldi are good and excelent browsers.
I think don't exist "The perfect browser", and I think Vivaldi goes to the right way, with only three years it's a good option, overall for those who want to see a modern UI for example or more options like a good Speed Dial or Webpanels (for me this features are very important).

Vivaldi is a browser in full development and obviously there are still things that some users may miss, although I am not among them. What is still lacking in Vivaldi can be met perfectly with the enormous amount of extensions available, even temporarily.
On the other hand I do not understand people who register and then against good software.
I have installed almost all browsers, also Firefox Quantum, Opera and Opera Neon, Maxthon, Ur, Avant and some more. None of them could convince me to use it as my main browser, but it never occurred to me to enter the community of users of the respective browsers to let them know that I do not like their browser badly.
If I do not like a browser or other software, I simply stop using it. Alternatives there are enough

You really seem to think that by belittling another user you can change their ways and make them a better person. I'm afraid this is not the world we live in. Only by setting a good example and staying calm and collected could you hope to achieve a similar reaction from your counterpart. Aggression will always lead to aggression, you gave ample proof of that in your first reply.

I don't like FF Quantum, i use quite a lot of addons, most of them were broken.

As a normal user (not adv user) i think Vivaldi could become a good browser for all in the future - but not now.
It's really terrible when toolbar and status bar cannot be customized. Chrome/Vivaldi does not have enough space for me to arrange my extensions, only the right-area of toolbar is not enough, inconvenient and ugly. I want to pin some extensions to the left/mid-area of toolbar and others to status bar. Besides, I want to remove [Rewind by visited...] button from the toolbar and remove [Page Actions] button + [Zoom] control from the status bar

Bookmark feature is too bad, it should be improved(I talk about Bookmark-Toolbar not Bookmark Panel). I don`t think that using Bookmark Panel is a good ideal

You can install a Chrome extension to read RSS Feeds.
RSS feed will be added when the Vivaldi mail client is ready.

Yeah. Foxish live RSS extension works fine for me but i think RSS feature need to be integrated into browser.
