Add option to use smaller buttons in the sidebar panel.

I like having the sidebar buttons always visible but I don't like having to hide/unhide the sidebar when I want to quick access to the Downloads panel.

Seems nominal, but it matters to me. Similar to the taskbar option in Windows, "Use small taskbar buttons"

Vivaldi as Chromium has the ability to have multiple instance it is preferable for RAM consumption controling, and avoid also crashes due to one website on one tab

FEATURE REQUEST: CPU and RAM Optimizations

The cpu usage in vivaldi is a little high compared to other browsers, it's most noticeable when playing videos....
Also it eats a lot of RAM memory, even with just a few tabs open (less than 10)...

Add ability to change bookmark favicons

Some sites do not have a favicon. Would be useful for giving them one. Also useful for those who want to replace favicons with ones of their choosing. Could be a File Select dialog and user crops image to a square which is then shrunk to appropriate (and probably smaller) size for a favicon.

Allow manual updates for extensions and store .crx for every addon installed (storing optional).

This could be really useful, as sometimes latest extensions update - which are written for chrome - are broken in vivaldi where previous versions work fine but it can't be downloaded anymore. Opera store sometimes has in its store an older version to retain "compatibility". This is also the main reason I hope to see a Vivaldi Store in future. This will also reduce the time spent in fixing/workarounding extensions tested only on chrome.

Having an older crx copy allow to have a working extension and acts as workaround for forced auto-update and for a rollback function as extensions installed from crx are not auto-updated.
