@jane-n Thank you for weighing on my post concerning webmail lockout. I am sensitive to the vulnerabilities and the necessary constraints entailed to supply a free service. My concern is minor, especially given that this was a singular occurrence over more than a year of daily Vivaldi webmail usage.
As it happens, one of the members of the large group of recipients I emailed (triggering the lockout) has advised me to direct my future emails to one or two of the group's individual leaders. Thus, it's doubtful I'll run into a repeat lockout experience in any case.
Let me repeat my sense of comfort and delight in the amazing responsiveness of Vivaldi support, fixing my issue in practically no time flat, along with the friendly, personal email follow-up. All in all, I'm actually glad for having gone through this minor glitch because it's built my confidence in Vivaldi and fortified my loyalty for the organization.
