I would love to have the ability to compartmentalize and organize profiles more efficiently based on workspaces like Arc browser.

Yes, selecting the like button registers and un-registers the vote. To confirm vote status either:
- confirm like counter increments or decrements when selected
- hover point over count or select count to see votes
