Hide the list of rules on vivaldi://settings/content/javascript for enabled|disabled javascript on, if there is more than ... items (For slow machines or file systems).

Thank you. The most economical use of resources is preferable, that is, reducing unnecessary expenses. On weak devices (netbooks) we can clearly see how blocking or add-on plugins in passive mode affect the performance of various functions and processes.
