Mobile Safari supports searching for text within the current page directly from the address bar which is quite convenient.

In Vivaldi for iOS, I have to click on the Vivaldi logo, scroll down, click on Find in Page, then type in what I want to search - far more inconvenient.

If it would be possible to update this to match Safari - or at least dramatically reduce the overall actions needed to do this, it would be greatly appreciated

Bumping this since, while it might seem small, this is one of the most used features that I personally use daily on Safari, and honestly, is the primary reason I just cannot switch to Vivaldi on IOS.

Same wish here on Vivaldi for Android Tablets. 'Find in page' is really well hidden almost at the bottom of the long long menu when clicking on the Vivaldi icon.... This is my single biggest time waster when using Vivaldi as I am searching within page dozens of times per day...

As an example how important find within page is, I ask the designers/devs of Vivaldi to just open any PDF file. Guess what is the best reachable function? Of course it is find within page:

Now, Vivaldi for Android phones does have something useful here: One can configure the menu, so one can make find within page appear on top. Weird, but on Vivaldi for Android tablets this configuration function is made not available.... Who did this?? πŸ™‚

Hi @limericky, I do not have an iPhone, but I would be curious how this works on mobile Safari. I understand what you write, that I have to type into the address bar what I am searching for within the page. However, on Vivaldi, that action starts a web search: entering something into the address bar and pressing enter searches for that string in all the www. So, how to differentiate between these two search actions?

PS: While am an Android user, I feel that all mobile platforms could profit from your suggestion.
