Workspace Smart Load

Hi,

My feature request is a setting to either disable loading tabs in background workspaces or better yet set a time delay to load/refresh them so that when Vivaldi opens it only loads/refreshes the active workspace tabs.

I'm loving the workspaces feature. It's helped me sort tons of tabs into a semblance of organisation
The trouble I have now is that I have 200+ tabs open across 18 workspaces which, after a reboot of Vivaldi browser or the PC, takes ages for Vivaldi to become useable while it loads all of the tabs in all workspaces.

i.e on reopening vivaldi, it locks up and cannot even open a new tab until it's finished loading tabs. I have 1gig fibre internet and it still (understandably) takes some time to load all pages.
Appreciate that maybe I'm using workspaces in a way not intended for that type of load but it's so much handier than using bookmarks.
