Reading list in the vivaldi "quick menu"

Hey all, I've had a quick look but i couldn't find another topic for the same request.
I want to use the reading list more, and i know it shows up in the vivaldi menu, but i also found this "quick menu" and figured this would be a very good and handy place to put the reading list.
