Unsolved Tab bar "freezing", does not shows new tabs or active tab

Hello !
I would like to report an issue that appearing to me for a long time (more than 1 year).
I don't know yet what triggers it, it does not seem tied to a website, I only notice it when I open a new tab.
The problem is that the tab bar stop showing new tabs, does not change the style of tabs based on which one is active, it looks like it is frozen.
I have a video recording of the bug, if you know where I can upload that, please let me know.

@mvion OK I'm not on Linux (Win10) so maybe someone with Linux can reproduce this. But strange issue.
What happens if you double-click one of the Start Page tabs in the Window panel to activate it?
