Suggestions: Pin Tabs become common tabs for Workspace

I do have some tabs that I'd like to see from all my different workspaces. One way of doing that is to allow pinned tabs automatically become those. It's pretty straight forward to set it up. I have seen the similar idea been implemented in other vendor's product.
