Regarding bookmarks and "mobile bookmarks"
-
Just started using the beta today and i found some weird behaviour on the bookmarks slider.
When you click the bottom left button to manage bookmarks etc, it opens by default in the bookmarks section where i see 3 folders:
1- "mobile interesting addresses" (might be different due to translation)
2- bookmarks
3- trash
What is the difference between the first two?
I have no way to bookmark a page, it always goes to the "mobile interesting addresses". or to remove/edit those folders.Might be my problem not understanding what those two folders are for, or maybe it's the language translation, still seems weird to have two folders for bookmarks.
Anyone else noticed this, or can shed some light?
Thanks!

Hi, on Android it is called "Mobile bookmarks" and if you bookmark a page it lands there.
No idea if a "Edit" popup appear on iOS but you can change the location directly after bookmarking.
I would like to make a feature request to remove these folder, it make absolute no sense to me.
Do you think we could use one request for Android and iOS?
I guess we get more votes and there is no special request part for different OS, only for mobile devices.Cheers, mib

@mib2berlin yes, that's exactly what i mean.
Makes no sense and gives you extra work to move them.
I think one feature request should be fine for both, we should specify it though as it may go to different teams.
Are you opening it? -
