Also, regardless of how many people even use the vertical tabbar, or portrait screens, regardless of how many upvotes this Feature Request gets, I think it should still be implemented, because it's simply SUPERIOR, in every regard, in every sense of the word, and would take less than ten lines of code to implement (as in, with the setting "Show Popup Thumbnails On Tab Hover" unchecked, it displays a tooltip near the mouse cursor; simply remove the "find mouse cursor position" code, whatever, and display the tooltip at the tab's location itself, drawing over it)...
