Hide Horizontal Scrolling Arrows

Please add option or make it the default behavior such that when enabling Horizontal Tab Scrolling, the 2 arrows should NOT show up if there is no need to scroll.
Example: I have 2 tabs and my window is maximized. I still have space for 10 more tabs before I need to use scrolling. Arrows should be hidden and they should re-appear when the scrolling is possible.
