Attachment size limit

I'm using the last version of Vivaldi browser. I'm wondering what the size limit is for mail attachments regardless of limits set by own mail providers. I tested with a file of about 45 MB and Vivaldi crashed in a Windows 7 Pro system (I know: it is no longer supported) and failed the sending in a Windows 10 Pro.

I forgot to tell that I hadn't been able to re-open properly Vivaldi in the Windows 7 system due to the attachment being too large. I will re-try tomorrow because I cannot use it right now.

Hi, this is a bug and under review at moment, a fix will come with Vivaldi 5.8, hopefully.
In your profile folder "Default" is a folder "Mail\attached-pending, there the attachments are stored.
Deleting the file should help Vivaldi to start again.
You may have to rebuild your mail database:Cheers, mib
