System Color for Speed Dial (and other places)

It would be nice to set accent color of the operating system as Speed Dial Background Color.
Vivaldi already has an option to use OS accent color as "Highlight color" in it's own themes, so why not add System Color as an option for Speed Dial?
In fact, why not add "System Color" as an option for every element of Vivaldi's themes, to which a custom color can be applied?

Transparent Tab Bar+Accent From Page+Accent on Windowoptions enabled, it will result in some amazing OS-scented Tab Bar colorations!
