[BUG] Unable to paste copied link back to Address bar.

I use non-english wiki-projects, the links there look like
https://wiki-roject/wiki/Πύλη:Κύρια
But when you copy its became like this (without spaces between letters of course):
h t t p s : / /w i k i - p r o j e c t/ w i k i
/ % C E % A 0 % C F % 8 D % C E % B B % C E % B 7 : % C E % 9 A % C F % 8 D % C F % 8 1 % C E % B 9 % C E % B 1
I know why, and I just want:
we could chose a way to copy such links:- in the code and
- in the readable letters
or solve this problem in another easy way.
I used to solve this problem with the trick : (1)cut out the link from adress bar, (2)then paste the line right back in the adress bar and (3)copy it. The copied link in the clippboard becames readable and in addition is workable when we use it. This trick works in common browsers.
In Vivaldi I can copy it, but I can't paste the link back to the address!
If we can't solve the problem properly, then at least I want to be able to do the same trick I discribed

Settings > Address Bar > Copy and Cut Encoded Address

@Pathduck oh, I apologize - I mean I can't do Ctrl+Z (not Ctrl+V)
In fact that how the trick works:
1)Ctrl+X
2)Ctrl+Z (Vivaldi does nothing)
3)Ctrl+C -

But I still don't understand. If I deselect the option I mentioned, and I paste in:
https://example.com/Πύλη:ΚύριαWhen I copy that from the address bar, it becomes:
https://example.com/Πύλη:ΚύριαYou seem to be hung up on this workaround instead of just trying my suggestion.

Now I understand you, thanks, it has helped!
I just was unsure what option is it in my language, because it needs to restart the browser to change language, but can't restart due to some wiki-pages that in progress of editing.
