jupyter(lab.notebook,voila) display a blank screen

Hi,

I am running jupyter notebook, also lab and voila, on W11 x64 m/c. Vivaldi is my default browser, so the commands above try to open it by default; the sole result is an empty vivaldi window with no decorations and no content, which I still can close with ALT-F4. If I copy the generated URL in Firefox or Microsoft Edge, all works as expected. I reset the security settings to the default ones, tried to open the firewall to the vivaldi process - all to no avail.

On the other hand, if I open an .ipynb file from my Google drive, it works.

It is got to be some security setting I have overlooked, but I have no idea which...

@ci4ic4 may be a security tool blocks Vivaldi from snowing content and UI.

BTW if I copy/paste the URL into a new vivaldi window, it works as expected; it doesn't work when the window is opened by the jupyter invocation only. I wonder if it tries to open with a new profile.
