Tabs | Drag to other Window

Dragging Tab to a other window only works when dragged at the very top. + New Windows maximizing is very slow
Hello,
the tab drag and drop behaviour is bugged. When I drag a tab from 1 window onto another existing window (on another monitor for example),
it displays a placeholder at the top where the tab should go.
However it will only move over, to the window there, if I drag it exactly to the top bar,
even though it will also display the placeholder when I drag it anywhere else in the new window.
If I let go of the tab, in the window I'm dragging it to, anywhere else but the top bar it will bug out and move the tab back to the old window.
Also, the placeholder will be bugged and stay there until I do something else. The second thing is, that a tab dragged in the same window (in order to create a new window) or onto another monitor, without an open Vivaldi window, will maximize upon release. This is fine, however it will have this maximize animation, which is very slow and unnecessary. You should just ditch the animation and instantly maximize the window instead, like in other browser (Firefox for Example).
This makes the browser feel very slow and unresponsive.Dragging a tab from another window onto this window:
The bugged placeholder (after releasing it not right at the top):
Vivaldi 5.6.2867.62 (Stable channel) (64-bit)

@Hollo It used to work this way. Drag a tab over the webview of another window, it will be added to that window. Drag a tab over the origin window, it will create a new window. The new behavior was a conscious decision by the devs, I’m not sure whether we can change their mind. Meanwhile it doesn’t make sense to drag tabs manually anymore. To move a tab to another window use the right‐click menu option. To move a tab to a new window use quick commands, a shortcut, a mouse gesture, create a button for it, or use the right‐click menu option.

@luetage Well yea, but if it was an intentional decision the bugged placeholder doesn't make any sense.
Another thing, instead of splitting the tab into a new window on release, it should split right away when starting to drag it away from the top of the bar, like in Chrome for example.I will look at other ways to move tabs, but that's what I'm used to right now.
EDIT: Using the right click option is way to slow and I haven't found any option for it using quick command or shortcuts either.
Also if they don't want this behaviour by default they should give us an option to have this behaviour.
Same with the maximizing animation or instant instantly dragging a tab to a new window.
