Vivaldi unusable with constant checking if connection is secure

Hello, for a few days now I have a problem with constant connection checking whenever I open any new website. Official vivaldi website won´t even let me to the page with constant are you a human checks. Some pages won´t load pictures or video. This makes browser completely unusable and to write this I had to use different web browser to be even let on this page. Is there any fix for this? Thank you for any help/advice.

@MalcolmCZ I guess you use VPN/Proxy or some "privacy" extension which changes user-agent.

@DoctorG I´m not using any VPN, only extension I have is ADblock plus, which I was using ever since when starded using vivaldi (2+years) without any problem.

@DoctorG I´m using Windows 10 with latest update, for security I´m using free version of Avast.

Avast free antivirus is known causing issues.
But i can not tell you how to solve, i do not use it. -
@DoctorG I´ll try uninstalling it, but i haven´t had any issue with it so far and free version shouldn´t have any specific web tools like vpn. The problem is recent (2 days).

@DoctorG I tried going step by step with troubleshooting issues you mentioned. Didn´t work. I didn´t see any change. Same with uninstalling Avast.

@MalcolmCZ I never saw such issue like yours with vivaldi.com, and i used 5.7.2887.3 and 5.6.2867.50 on Windows 11 22H2 for a test.
What happens if you check with a test profile (=close tab after Welcome page appears, d not male settinsg or add extensions)?

@DoctorG I´ve made a profile, didn´t change anything and page "https://vivaldi.com/newfeatures?hl=cs&version=5.6.2867.50&os=W" that opened automaticaly on next card didn´t let me access that page. Still stuck with verify that you are human check.

@MalcolmCZ Could be that someone with your ISP connection and/or IP often drove attacks towards vivaldi.com servers.
Are you on a company/organisations/school network?
Try to restart DSL modem or restart router to get a new IP.

@DoctorG Well everything is possible I guess. I´m not on any company/organisations/school network just on desktop on home network. Did that, got a new address, still no change.

Have you modified any Flag?Try with the Snapshot and do a USB / Standalone install.

Try with Mobile HotSpot, just to test.Also from system Events

@Zalex108 I didn´ t change anything before or after it started happening. Tried Mobile hotspot and it worked fine on both desktop and laptop.

Then it is causes by your modem/DSL Internet access provider or their router/modem filter/firmware.
