@DoctorG I´ll try uninstalling it, but i haven´t had any issue with it so far and free version shouldn´t have any specific web tools like vpn. The problem is recent (2 days).

@MalcolmCZ I never saw such issue like yours with vivaldi.com, and i used 5.7.2887.3 and 5.6.2867.50 on Windows 11 22H2 for a test.

What happens if you check with a test profile (=close tab after Welcome page appears, d not male settinsg or add extensions)?

@DoctorG I´ve made a profile, didn´t change anything and page "https://vivaldi.com/newfeatures?hl=cs&version=5.6.2867.50&os=W" that opened automaticaly on next card didn´t let me access that page. Still stuck with verify that you are human check.

@MalcolmCZ Could be that someone with your ISP connection and/or IP often drove attacks towards vivaldi.com servers.

Are you on a company/organisations/school network?

Try to restart DSL modem or restart router to get a new IP.

@DoctorG Well everything is possible I guess. I´m not on any company/organisations/school network just on desktop on home network. Did that, got a new address, still no change.

@Zalex108 Hi, I don´t remember ever modifiing any flag. Just did the standalone install and same thing as with regular version. Only thing changing is the captcha button for a checkmark one.

@Zalex108 I didn´ t change anything before or after it started happening. Tried Mobile hotspot and it worked fine on both desktop and laptop.

Then it is causes by your modem/DSL Internet access provider or their router/modem filter/firmware.

ISP would changed their Router DNS settings

You would check at the computer Network card settings and use a custom DNS, for the test you may use 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8

You will need to add a custom IP Address as well.

Some company allows to change the DNS right in the Router itself, check out there also and the info of the latest Firm/Soft updates.

Yes, I thought so too after hotspot. I´ll get in contact with my ISP and hopefully resolve it. But it´s odd that it suddenly started acting up after years of working. Anyways Thank you both @DoctorG and @Zalex108 for your time.

I can agree that, have the exact same issue appeared last days by its own. And first thought was exactly that something has changed on ISP's side. Something is coming.

Seems the dumb Cloudflare world-wide proxies securing vivaldi,com think some users are bots or attackers.
Nasty pseudo-security.
