Can not open clipboard from password input

Hi all
I cant open windows Clipboard by using hotkey Windows + V in every password field.
Tested in facebook, youtube, and some more website.
The clipboard are worked for other: notepad, word, address field, username ... anything execlude password.
Tried in private mode or other browser are also worked, I mean I can call clipboard for password field from these. But Vivaldi in normal mode doesn't.
Is this cause by permission or some security setting in Vivaldi blocking me from using clipboard on password?
Please help!
