Thanks for this article. Something possibly related to the subject is that the dialog used to import settings from other browsers says "Chrome user profile" if "Opera version 15+" or "Vivaldi" is selected.

There is a lot going into each Vivaldi update and the Chromium translations is just one part, this post is great on what this part of it takes.
