Startpage search suggestions url does not work

I have set Startpage Search as my default search engine. But the search suggestions does not work. Here is my Startpage Search Suggestion URL:

How do I activate the Startpage suggestions?

@stardepp Hi - first of all, didn't you upvote my post earlier where I gave the correct URL to be used for Startpage from Vivaldi?

Also, your screenshot is from the web site. Are you saying suggestions when searching directly on starpage.com don't work? If so that has nothing to do with the Vivaldi search engine settings, default or not.

I have no idea what you mean by your screenshot - it says to open "search results in new tab" - how is that related to search suggestions?

Search suggestion on the Startpage site works fine here:

I suspect you have a very old outdated string in Vivaldi. AFAIK there is no default suggestions URL in new installs of Vivaldi.

@stardepp Ecosia doesn't have reverse image search so no point adding it there.

You can create a regular search for Ecosia image search. This is not a reverse image search.
https://www.ecosia.org/images?q=%s

In this case you would search for 'cat':
https://www.ecosia.org/images?q=cat

It's not the same as telling it to understand what an image of a cat is:
https://www.google.com/searchbyimage?image_url=https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/8/8c/Catinsidemouth.jpg/360px-Catinsidemouth.jpg

Only Google, Bing, TinEye, Yandex and some weird Chinese engines do reverse image search.
