Hide scrollbar and make it less chunky?

Hi all,

Is there a way to hide the scrollbar and make it less chunky? I'd like to regain more horizontal screen estate with the addition of the panel.

• For webpages scrolls this may work

• To totally hide them probably is better ask to the Vivaldi-Rabbit-Hole
