Change input type "number" decimal separator

Are there any way to change comas to period in input type "number" field? It causing problem like this (screenshot):
I've got comas in my Vivaldi, but I need period as a decimal separator.

@stoneflower Vivaldi should follow your OS settings, like every other program.

Yes. I've changed decimal separator in Mac settings and every software, every browser except Vivaldi changed it.
