double/triple comments on youtube

so in the comment section on youtube videos, in the replies they are all doubled up, every single one of them. actually it started out as the replies but i'm now noticing if i scroll down far enough the comments repeat too with the same replies. it just started doing it like last week. i just reinstalled too becuase i was having a problem updating and it's still doing it. the only extension i was using was the one to restore the dislike count but i removed it and cleared all the browsing data, restarted computer, everything but it's still doing it.
i have tried on MS edge and it's working fine. any suggestions? also is there a way to export bookmarks in case i need to re-install again? last time i just renamed the %LOCALAPPDATA%\Vivaldi folder replaced it after re installation. i looked in there and didn't see any bookmark folder so i'm wondering where they are stored so i can do clean install if no one else is having this problem.

well i figured out how to export bookmarks.(file menu)
hopefully another re-install will fix the problem. -
@d3adf1sh Every update is a reinstall of the application. If anything, your issue is with your profile. If you reinstall and then plug the old profile back in, nothing changes. But I’d say it’s unlikely that your profile influences comments on youtube. Forget the reinstall, try on a fresh profile. You can create a new profile from the profile button in the address bar, or use a guest profile to check it.
