Audio marker on pinned Slack tab

I've got Slack in a pinned tab, and when I get a new message, the Slack page plays a notification sound. When this notification sound plays, a little audio icon appears on the pinned tab for a couple of seconds.
Unfortunately, because the tab is so small, if I'm not incredibly careful when I click on the pinned tab to see the new message, I accidentally click on the audio icon, muting the tab, and preventing me from hearing future notifications.
Is there any solution to this, like disabling the button component of the audio icon? I'm on MacOS 12.4 (No, I don't want to use the Slack app)

@chcsep Take a look at this modification: Disable Sound Icon when Sound is Playing (not sure if it's still working - in any case, please post an update in that thread). Check Modding Vivaldi for more instructions on installing modifications.
