Changing Calendar to 12-hour instead of 24-hour

I can't find anywhere in the Settings to change the calendar from 24-hour to 12-hour view. Please add this option if it's not already hidden somewhere else I can't seem to find.

I've tried changing it to inherit the system settings as well as based on language. Still not working.

I agree. would be nice to have this option in the browser. Would be nice to also have this affect the Mail date timestamp.
