@adamgaffney ERR_ADDRESS_INVALID could result from wrong domain resolution or IP routing in your network.
I can not imagine how your connection routed, which proxies you use and which network adapters.

Do you have any description how i can setup such system to test? Any URL or tutorial? Any graphical diagram?
Please explain.

Why do you bind the Django server on localhost and not to an other IP in network range of your LAN? And why use a VPN?
What do you want to achieve?
