Customizable context menu(Right Click Menu)

Hello, I hope you have a great day.
today I was surfing the web to find a way to customize the context menu(The menu that when you right click somewhere on screen pops up)
I came across a forum from @weltraumeule. He wanted the exact same thing. He wanted to change every color in DLL files with hex editor, which can take a long time and as the moderator said, it can cause some issues with his experience.
I was thinking to myself it would be a great feature if developers add a setting to customize the context menu from background color to every text color option. It can become even better if developers add something similar to what google did with android 12. an AI which recognizes your theme color pullet and gives you suggestions for your context menu.
Just imagine how fantastic it will be. I think we didn't have this feature on any browser(correct me if I'm wrong). so Vivaldi will be the first one and this is another step on the way to becoming the best browser in the world history.
I understand that developers of Vivaldi have a lot of important features and issues to add and fix, however it would be fantastic if they do, I think the whole community will be happy.

@theali , nice idea despite that Vivaldi has the feature to edit the context menu, but not with colors.
