Auto Crop Black Borders in Picture-in-Picture Videos

Currently the way picture-in-picture seems to work is to take everything from the video player, so if the video player happens to have black bars - because it is not in the same as aspect ratio as the content - then so will the picture-in-picture. eg:
Now, websites can do whatever they want, but it would be nice if Vivaldi could detect what aspect ratio a video actually is, and crop the window appropriately.
I find this is especially important for PiP because it is always on top, so you want it to take the minimum space possible and not cover your screen unnecessarily.
