Dead Bird on AOL

When I try to access my AOL mail account on Mac and Windows computers, I immediately get the dead bird screen. Is there something about AOL that Vivaldi can not open it?

I've used Vivaldi for many years and like it. I use Safari on Macs and Firefox on Windows with no problem on AOL.
