Hold LMB and scroll the wheel to do horizontal scrolling
-
Horizontal scrolling is very useful sometimes. It can be done by now using:
- Hold Shift, scroll the mouse wheel
However, it should be more convenient for users especially when they browse the web by mouse only, too lazy to type.
Suggested feature:
- Hold LMB (left mouse button), scroll the mouse wheel to do horizontal scrolling
-
Sounds a bit strange, but I'd love to have it tho
I'm also too lazy for pressing shift just to scroll.

Imo it feels a bit weird to scroll like that, I would like to have a configurable RMB + scrolling combo instead.
Here is my old Feature Request for Zooming using RMB + Scroll-wheel

I believe scrolling should be more prioritised for binding more than zooming, scrolling is usually needed more on all web pages.
RMB+scroll may be weird as it triggers context menu, but Vivaldi dev can disable context menu on the first roll action of mouse wheel.
LMB+scroll is also an option and it doesn't trigger context menu.
Presently I'm enjoying these:
- Hold RMB, click LMB to go back
- Hold LMB, click RMB to go forward

@datdinhquoc I would like an Option for Tab Cycler with LMB + Scrollwheel.
Best of all would be an Option to Bind Scrollwheel to Other Actions, then every can configure the action to whatever function they find the most useful.
