[CC] Hibernate ALL Tabs in Current Window
-
We can hibernate all background tabs to reclaim some RAM & possibly stopping Vivaldi from grinding our hard disk to dust, but if the active tab is sharing resources with some of the background tabs (from same domain), then you won't be able to get the job done effectively.
So the logical way to get it done properly would be open a new tab, then hibernate all background tabs, and close the new tab... All in 1 GO!
How to Command Chains?
Please read this tutorial: https://help.vivaldi.com/desktop/shortcuts/command-chains/

Open the task manager before you hibernate background tabs, then repeat with hibernate all tabs. You will see better result with later method.
