Show tabs on full screen

On Full Screen, is it possible to show the tabs and bookmark bars when the mouse hovers on their window edge (top edge on my case).
Microsoft is doing it since the IE days. MS Edge is still doing it. DItto for Firefox.
It would be very helpful if Vivaldi offered this feature.

@tomhatz I use a CSS mod to autohide the bookmark bar in Window mode and a command chain to show the Tab Bar and Bookmark Bar in fullscreen mode.
I assigned a command of Shift+F11 to this command chain, a mouse gesture, and added it to the page context menu.
Vote for the existing request Option to Autohide Tab Bar / UI.
