@only62 Don’t think so, but you can try to contact support about it.

Unfortunately no. It's not possible to access Vivaldi webmail or create a blog on Vivaldi.net without verifying one's phone number. It's a one time process. Later login will work with just your username and login password.
But you can use Vivaldi Mail (the mail client in the browser) with almost any mail account.
