Black screen on webpages after 09-Jun-21 update

Good day! As the title says, I'm getting a black screen on any webpage after the last update (android 10, Motorola one vision). The miniatures at the tab screen actually show the content of any open page, but once selected, there's only black. Reloading the pages, restarting the browser or the phone didn't help. Switching to desktop view shows the same. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
I just reinstalled Vivaldi and the problem persists. The pages actually load- I can blindly touch stuff and move on the pages- it just didn't show anything.

I also have this issue on my Motorola One Vision. Have any of you done a bug report or just posted here?

Same phone same issue, using edge instead at the moment, anything I can try that might fix this short term?

Maybe something in browser settings or within android dev options?

I have a Motorola one action and have the same issue. Tested some Snapshot builds and 2278 is usable, 2284 is not.

These are suggested in Desktop version, it may or may not work in android, imo.

This is not possible because you can only see a black content

Same problem on Moto One Vision, I found workaround:

go to vivaldi://flags
highlight text somewhere on page (it's still there, just invisible)
search on page for "surfacecontrol"
highlight text again
disable Android SurfaceControl
restart browser

@mashuumidori Item 1-4 = OK, but how do we disable Android SurfaceControl? Everything is black?

@terav As I said, you need to highlight some text. Touch and hold somewhere on the upper part of black screen. You may hit link on nothing at all - just try again elsewhere. There will be couple of text lines, if you manage to highlight them, you'll see whole page.

For me disabling Surface Control is not fixing it.
